Over the past 30 years, I have held senior leadership roles in global high-tech companies, including VP Client Success positions, where I led complex transformations and mastered the formula for customer retention and revenue expansion.

Today, my mission is to bridge the gap between veteran executive expertise and the AI revolution. I believe that technology is a powerful tool for empowerment across all business sectors. Whether I am guiding a global organization through a CS transformation or empowering independent entrepreneurs with AI-driven growth strategies, my focus remains the same: transforming complex challenges into sustainable, high-impact success.
